Hi there, I use the oceanwp theme free version, Elementor Pro, jet engine, wordpress 5.0.3 (all plugins updated) to build a website but can not hide the sidebar when using jet engine custom post types. Is there a workaround through get settings or this is has to do with the theme and probably hacking the code? Oceanwp provides a solution fro custom posts but this disables the sidebar for ever. I need to show it on some post types and hide it on others. Thank you.

Hi there, sorry for the delay. The template oceanwp, like all themes, have a sidebar position for widgets. From the theme settings I can select to hide the sidebar on blog posts or archive. But if I create a custom post type with the Jet engine, the sidebar with the widgets is visible when the above custom post type is loaded. If I load a simple wp post, the sidebar disappears, which is what I need to do on my custom post type.
